How to buy

Each time you enter our virtual shop you will be allotted an empty shopping cart, the contents of which you can check and modify at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right hand corner of your screen. If your shopping cart isn’t empty, an abbreviated list of its contents will appear on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

You can add an article to your cart either from any list of articles or once you have entered the detail page of any given article. You can only add to your shopping cart those articles which are in stock. If the article is temporarily out of stock, you can ask to be informed automatically when it is again available.

There are many ways to modify the contents of your shopping cart. You can modify the number of units of any article you want to buy, remove an article and even empty your shopping cart completely.

Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart you can proceed to the payment section and click on “Proceed with purchase”, situated at the centre of the screen which contains a list of your shopping cart’s contents.

At this point you must include your personal details if you have not already done so. This information is absolutely confidential and is protected at all times.

Postal charges

Our shipments have a fixed cost that only depends upon the method you choose and/or the country they are being sent to. You can choose the type of shipment on the screen that lists the contests of your shopping cart.

Delivery dates

All the orders from our virtual shop are processed the morning of the first working day following the date of the order. They are either sent by post or delivered to the courier service by the end of that very morning.

Special offers

The special offers at our virtual shop and those of our traditional direct sale service are totally independent. In this way our friends will find exclusive special offers only for orders placed through our web page. The total cost of the order, which is calculated by our system and will only go ahead once our customer has validated it, will be the exact amount charged to your credit card, with no additional costs nor discounts.

Personal information

To be able to buy at our virtual shop you must register your personal details and choose a password, meaning you will not have to repeat the process on subsequent visits. Once you have registered yourself in our secure server or once you place an order, your personal details, address and the information regarding form of payment are added to our data base, and are used only to process your order.

At RCOC-ORQUESTA S.L. we are particularly concerned about security and about protecting the information given to us by our customers. All the information we receive from our customers will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Your privacy and rights are guaranteed by Spanish law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de Diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal). You are entitled to change the information contained in your account (change of address, telephone number...) at any time by editing this information on the web site, by letting us know by email (music.shop@rcoc-orquesta.com) or by writing us a letter to:
